Get started

Create your portal2.inowno.com account.

Your local Manager will invite you to participate in the registration process for portal2.inowno.com and you will either receive an e-mail from portal2.inowno.com or you will receive a unique code to register.

  1. Sign up with your e-mail address, social media account or phone number
  2. Your will be sent a unique code by portal2.inowno.com or given a code by your Inowno Portal representative
  3. Sign Up by filling out the correct details in the 'Create my account' section and click 'done'

  2. If your profile is correct simply click on 'Register'

Need help accessing an account?

  • Unable to create an account?

    Ensure you are using your correct details. If the problem persists, contact info@inowno.com.

  • I have no unique code or the incorrect unique code

    A unique code is required for creating an account and will ensure you undertake the correct registration process. Check your emails to see if you have been sent one. If you have not received a code, talk to your manager or e-mail info@inowno.com

  • Email not found when changing or re-setting a password

    You need a valid e-mail address if you are registering through e-mail that is not in use already on portal2.inowno.com. If you are still having difficulty please e-mail info@inowno.com.

  • Unable to login?

    Passwords are case sensitive so ensure the caps lock is off. Passwords can be recovered by following the link on the login screen and a link to re-set your password will be emailed to you. Follow the instructions. If the problem persists please e-mail info@inowno.com.

  • Not received your verification email?

    Usually the result of an incorrect input of email address; Wait for 10 minutes then try to create the account again. If the problem persists then please e-mail info@inowno.com.

    Check your settings for the internet. Check your settings for YouTube as they are the same as www.portal2.inowno.com

  2. Wrong module has been assigned to me?

    Contact your manager or info@inowno.com. Ensure that you have entered into my certifications area and access the reports from there.

  3. My results are not available?

    Make sure you have completed the module and that you have supplied a current e-mail address in your account. Otherwise contact your manager.

  4. What happens if I need to pause the module half way through?

    Course is in progress but I need to pause half way through - exit the module and when you resume the system will take you to where you left off

  5. What happens if I need to pause my quiz half way through?

    The quiz is in progress but I need to pause half way or part way through - Exit the test and when you resume the system will take you to where you left off. Continue to answer your questions ensure all questions have been answered, continue to the last page and click the continue button.

  6. What is the toolbox?

    In the toolbox you will find useful files which can be used as crib sheets and enhance your knowledge. The files can take many formats including, but not limited to, video files, pdf's, software programmes, word documents, and any files which we believe will make your experience with www.portal2.inowno.com more enjoyable.

  7. I can't download a file within the toolbox.

    If you find that you cannot download a file ensure that you have not blocked downloads within you firewall.

  8. Relevant module files are not available to me?

    There will be times where module tools will only become available at a later stage, and also some may only be released at a later stage to compliment a course which you have taken. These files will be available to you in your dashboard.
